This 50-minute class requires no prior knowledge of or experience with Tai Chi. It covers roughly the first third of the Yang-style short form as developed by Professor Chen Man-ch'ing. You will learn the movements, postures, and most importantly, the principles that 'give life' to the form. $275 for twelve 50-minute in-person classes $200 for twelve 50-minute virtual classes This half-hour class covers the eight health and healing exercises and is highly recommended for students at all levels. These eight exercises, known as The 8 Ways, deliver a straight "shot" of Tai Chi principle and thus all the health benefits of Tai Chi, but without having to learn the entire form. $125 for twelve half-hour classes A set of qi gong postures, movements, walks, and self-massages based on the teachings of Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ch'ing and the 5- element, 5-season theory of Chinese medicine. $200 for twelve 50-minute virtual classes. |
