Beginner Tai Chi Classes
​Learn the entire form in three sections. No prior experience necessary.  Excellent, also, for people who want to review the form and principles.
Intermediate Form
Once a student can do the form competently, we focus on moving from the dantian and achieving true flow in our form.  By teacher permission.

Fundamentals
For students who know the form and want to focus on embodying the health and life-giving principles of tai chi.  Students receive personalized corrections to their form.
​Health and Healing/Qigong Exercises
​This set of 8 discrete movements is derived directly from the tai chi form we teach. They are ideal for people recovering from injury or illness and for people with a limited range of motion. They are easy to remember and practice at home. They are excellent for people who travel and can't attend every class, but still want the benefits of tai chi.
In this course, we also learn qigong exercises designed to help you embody and experience the qualities of the five seasons in the Chinese medical system.
Practice Rounds ​for All Levels

The key to learning tai chi and gaining its many benefits is practice. Yet establishing a practice routine is hard for many people to do. That's why we offer practice sessions four days a week on Zoom for people at all levels. Why Zoom? A Zoom session is easier to fit into a busy life and work schedule. There are no travel time and no weather worries.
